Jennifer Wims-Madden, DBH, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Jennifer Wims-Madden is the founder of Healing Minds Oasis.

Jennifer Wims-Madden is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who obtained her Board Certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in 2013 after completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Wayne State University. She began her mental health nursing career in 2007 after obtaining her Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing from Oakland Community College (OCC). She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at University of Michigan- Flint in 2009 before completing her MSN in 2012. She most recently obtained her Doctor of Behavioral Health from Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Studies in 2024.
Jennifer has experience treating patients with various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from inpatient hospitals to outpatient clinics. She enjoys her role as an educator, serving as mental health nursing faculty at OCC for several years, providing hundreds of students with rewarding mental health clinical experiences, and she continues to precept PMHNP students regularly. Jennifer strives to provide a holistic, individualized, personalized, and comprehensive experience for every patient she cares for.

Aleya Williams, LMSW

Together, we’ll navigate challenges and work toward the change and healing you deserve.
As a compassionate and skilled therapist, I specialize in guiding adults who are survivors of trauma and abuse toward healing and growth. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I help clients navigate the challenges of trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. While these topics may feel overwhelming or even intimidating to face, they are my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space for meaningful transformation.

Nicole Nasierowski, LPC, CAADC, NCC, ACS
Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University. She also holds a Post-Addiction Certification from Western Michigan University and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Nicole has provided mental health services in community mental health settings since 2006. Her experience includes roles as a crisis counselor, therapist, case manager, clinical supervisor, and supervisor for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPCs). She has completed all required training to be endorsed as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). Nicole works with adolescents and adults ages 14 and older.
Nicole practices from a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective and specializes in working with people in recovery and their families, as well as individuals experiencing mental health challenges. She understands the impact of trauma and mental illness on emotional regulation, relationships, and long-term healing. Nicole provides a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore patterns, build insight, and strengthen coping skills in support of stability, resilience, and sustained recovery.



Brienne Hackett, LMSW
Brienne Hackett, LMSW received her BSW from Marygrove College in 2013 and her MSW from Wayne State University in 2015. Brienne strongly believes in client empowerment, creating and maintaining a positive mindset and helping others become stronger versions of themselves.
Brienne has experience working with children and families, survivors of abuse and neglect, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, individuals who struggle with self acceptance and low self esteem. Brienne has experience with grief and loss as well as depression. Brienne also has experience working with individuals that have experienced their first episode of psychosis.
Brienne is certified as an Individual Resiliency Training clinician via NAVIGATE, a First Episode Psychosis program within Michigan. Brienne uses trauma-informed psychotherapy to help individuals on their journeys to their fullest potential and helps those when they can no longer see the positives in their lives. Brienne is also an LGBTQ ally. Brienne has worked as a clinician since 2016.
Erin B Williams, MA, LPC, SCL
​​​Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her Master’s Degree in School & Community Counseling from Wayne State University in 2013. She received her certification as a Clinical Supervisor for Limited Licensed Counselors (LLPC) in 2024 from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Erin has worked with individuals with severe mental illnesses in the role of a Residential Case Manager and Therapist. Her work included providing care to individuals diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder. While she enjoyed working with that population, her true calling is to provide care to older children and adolescents.
Erin is a Licensed School Counselor providing mental health services to individuals aging between 10-21 years old. In her role, she has had the wonderful opportunity to provide mental health services to adolescents over the last 10 years. Her passion is to work with adolescents who face challenges with anger, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, emotional regulation, motivation, anxiety, grief and loss, life changes, family issues, and building meaningful relationships. Erin brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to her work, helping young people build the skills they need to thrive.

Mary Long, LMSW
Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker. She received both her Bachelors of Social Work and her Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. She specializes in working with adults, adolescent, couples, and families. Mary has experience working with those who have anxiety, depression, childhood, trauma (ACES), domestic and sexual trauma, grief, and a wide array of other issues. Mary uses a multi-faceted approach to meet clients where they are and help empower them to learn the tools they need to help them be successful and thrive. For over 15 years Mary has provided individual and group School Social Work services at 2 other Detroit based schools and the last 10 years at Oak Park Schools. Mary leads the Mental Health Department at Oak Park Schools; identifying new ways to provide Mental Health services to adolescents and families. She has been working in private practice for 4 years now and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and Trauma Therapy to help clients overcome a multitude of issues and become their best selves.
Diana Stoyanovich, LMSW

Diana is a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of professional experience serving individuals and families in the State of Michigan. Prior experience includes private work supporting children and families in school and social groups, as well as raising her own family, giving her a well-rounded understanding of child development and parenting. Diana is passionate about helping others overcome challenges and improve their life. She received both her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. Her extensive background has given her a deep knowledge of community resources, allowing her to connect clients with meaningful supports both inside and outside of the therapy room. Professional experience has included working with diverse populations using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Diana has a special passion for supporting women navigating life transitions- particularly empty nesters, mothers of adult children, women starting careers later in life or returning to the workplace after a time at home, involvement with corrections or Child Protective Services, substance abuse related concerns, and relationship issues. Diana's approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and a strong focus on building genuine connection in the therapeutic relationship. Outside of the therapy room, Diana loves art and music of all genres, movies, hiking, and travel. She enjoys doing puzzles and cherishes spending time with her daughters and granddaughter. Diana is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
